Work directly with insurers, brokers and MGAs to design, scope and implement rules-driven automation and workflows on the Whitespace platform. Translate business requirements into configurable solutions, validate outputs, support testing and releases, run workshops, deliver training, and collaborate with Product, Delivery and Engineering to drive adoption and improvements.

The Senior Account Manager will manage a defined portfolio, driving revenue growth through renewals and expansions while building strong client relationships and ensuring consistent pipeline management.

Lead software implementation projects for insurance clients, managing planning, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, testing, client acceptance, stakeholder communications, and transition to operational support. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage change requests and governance, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
