Lead requirements elicitation, translate business needs into clear, testable functional requirements, run workshops, mentor junior BAs, support delivery with product, UX, engineering and QA, and provide training and stakeholder engagement across broking solutions.

Configure and support Verisk SaaS solutions for property claims: handle implementations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, documentation, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to resolve complex issues while building strong customer relationships.
