Leads Verisk Maplecroft’s global commercial strategy and revenue performance across business development, partnerships, account management, client success, and consulting. Owns growth, retention, expansion, pricing, market development, forecasting, commercial operations, and strategic partnerships across EMEA, North America, and APAC. Partners with Product, Research, Analytics, and Marketing to commercialize AI-enabled data and workflow solutions while developing high-performing global teams and executive-level client relationships.

Own post-sale relationships for Fraud Discovery customers, driving onboarding, adoption, measurable value, renewals, and account growth. Develop success plans, monitor platform usage, conduct business reviews, resolve issues, and demonstrate ROI. Partner with strategic account leaders on cross-sell and upsell opportunities while sharing customer feedback and fraud-market insights with Product, Implementation, Support, and Data Science teams.

Manage strategic broker, carrier, and specialty insurer accounts for the Whitespace digital insurance platform. Lead customer onboarding, demonstrations, adoption, account reviews, relationship development, revenue forecasting, and expansion opportunities. Serve as the primary commercial contact and trusted advisor while partnering with Product, Support, and Integrations teams to deliver customer value and support digital transformation.
