Leads and develops the Account Management organization, defining its strategy, operating model, governance, and performance standards. Owns customer retention, renewals, account growth, executive engagement, and escalation management across priority clients. Partners with Sales, Product, Service Delivery, Support, Professional Services, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes. Establishes account planning, health measurement, reporting, and continuous-improvement processes while building a high-performing leadership culture.

Lead and develop a team of Lead Business Analysts, manage analysis planning and resource allocation, ensure high-quality analysis deliverables, partner with Product and Engineering to remove delivery obstacles, and establish standards and best practices across the analysis function to support the Whitespace platform roadmap.

Lead requirements elicitation, translate business needs into clear, testable functional requirements, run workshops, mentor junior BAs, support delivery with product, UX, engineering and QA, and provide training and stakeholder engagement across broking solutions.
