Generates and qualifies outbound sales opportunities among startups across EMEA, particularly the UK, Ireland, and DACH regions. Responsibilities include researching prospects, tailoring outreach to technical and business leaders, scheduling meetings, building pipeline with Account Executives, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success. The role provides foundational experience in SaaS technical sales and requires regular in-office work at Vercel’s London office.

Lead product security work across Vercel: threat modeling, secure code reviews, open-source and supply-chain security, SDLC tooling and automation, bug bounty triage, cross-team security projects, and customer-facing security support to embed security across development and platform operations.

Own post-sales technical relationships for a small portfolio of enterprise customers. Drive incident triage and remediation, provide proactive architecture and cost-optimization guidance, scope and coordinate Professional Services and FDE engagements, represent customer needs internally, and carry renewal accountability and TAM-specific CSAT/SLAs.
