Provide electrical maintenance and troubleshooting across nationwide sewage treatment sites; update CMMS and site documentation; perform risk assessments, periodic audits and SOP reviews; work to EHS/GMP standards, support shutdowns, participate in overnight stays and a rotating 24/7 call-out rota.

Lead and coordinate mechanical engineers and fitters across water and wastewater sites. Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, complex repairs, overhauls and asset replacements (pumps, pipework, valves). Provide on-site supervision of employees and subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance (RAMS, permits, test reports), act as customer contact, and support standby cover and travel when required.

Produce and manage internal communications across channels focusing on UX layout, digital design and asset creation. Build emails, intranet pages, newsletters and campaigns using tools like Canva and enterprise email platforms. Coordinate with stakeholders, proofread and ensure visual and editorial quality, delivering multiple projects on tight deadlines to drive employee engagement.
