Manage the daily operation of a Household Waste Recycling Centre, supervising recycling operatives and ensuring safe, efficient, compliant site performance. Responsibilities include maintaining permits, planning conditions, consents, risk assessments, environmental requirements, health and safety standards, and Veolia procedures. The role also promotes responsible waste handling, recycling, team effectiveness, and high operational standards.

Manage contract support services, including the contact center, reception, administrative systems, customer complaints, service queries, payroll, financial transactions, databases, and client communications. Lead and develop the support team, monitor workloads and service levels, ensure contractual and financial compliance, maintain accurate records, coordinate system issues, and improve departmental processes. The role also provides reporting, data analysis, project support, and operational decision-making for senior management.
