Manage all transfer station operations, logistics, staffing (approx. 40 people), budgets and QHSE. Drive operational plans, KPIs, compliance with waste regulations and Veolia management requirements, lead safety investigations, coach and develop teams, and identify cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

Provide electrical maintenance and troubleshooting across nationwide sewage treatment sites; update CMMS and site documentation; perform risk assessments, periodic audits and SOP reviews; work to EHS/GMP standards, support shutdowns, participate in overnight stays and a rotating 24/7 call-out rota.

Lead maintenance activities, coordinate shifts, supervise technicians, plan maintenance tasks, manage service contractors, and ensure equipment safety and efficiency.
