Leads operations of energy recovery, mechanical treatment, and material recovery facilities. Manages teams, production, plant availability, safety, compliance, budgets, P&L, client contracts, stakeholder relationships, audits, and incident reporting. Requires management experience in energy recovery, power generation, or continuous process industries, an engineering degree, financial oversight expertise, strong leadership, and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Manages a vehicle workshop, technicians, contractors, fleet compliance, safety, customer service, equipment reliability, maintenance planning, procurement, and operational performance. The role oversees statutory inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, work instructions, training, budgets, and corrective actions while ensuring asset availability, service quality, and environmental standards.

Supervise compliance monitoring at a landfill site by recording sampling data, laboratory results, costs, KPIs, and inspection information. Identify failures and trends, support statutory and legislative compliance, compile reports, verify vehicle sampling and photographic records, and liaise with weighbridge, laboratory, administrative, and site management teams. Provide operational support across local sites and drive company vehicles as required.
