Own full sales cycle, build pipeline via outbound and network, negotiate complex commercial and legal terms, influence product roadmap, mentor junior sellers, and represent the company at industry events. Focus on multi-stakeholder, multi-quarter deals involving treasury, payments, risk and compliance.

Lead institutional and corporate KYC/EDD and ongoing due diligence; monitor crypto and fiat transactions; manage alerts, investigations and escalations; draft and own SOPs; support transaction monitoring rules and regulatory change implementation.
