The Corporate Events Associate is responsible for the logistics and execution of large-scale events, managing budgets, contracts, and cross-functional communication. Must ensure timely delivery and quality service during events in a fast-paced environment.

Produce and edit high-quality video content (product demos, promos, customer stories). Create motion graphics, refine audio/voiceovers, manage post-production assets and workflows, consult stakeholders, and ensure brand-aligned deliverables. Work autonomously across time zones and travel for onsite events as needed.
