Pre-sales Solutions Architect working with sales, partners and customers to design, validate, and deploy Veeam solutions. Responsibilities include architectural design, large-scale proofs-of-concept, technical alliance validation, post-sales deployment support, documentation (whitepapers, best practices), community engagement, and public technical presentations.

Lead partner-facing solution architecture and pre-sales for Securiti.ai data security, DSPM, AI security, privacy, governance, and GRC solutions. Build partner technical capabilities through training, certification, workshops, reference architectures, demonstrations, and proofs of value. Support technical discovery, solution design, RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer engagements while coordinating Veeam, Securiti.ai, and partner teams. Develop repeatable partner-led services and enablement programs that drive pipeline, revenue, technical wins, and successful deployments.

Leads Veeam’s EMEA Commercial Legal team while negotiating complex software, SaaS, BaaS, professional services, and channel agreements. Manages and develops four to five lawyers, advises Sales and business stakeholders on commercial, regulatory, privacy, and data protection matters, provides escalation support for high-risk transactions, and drives contracting consistency, training, process improvement, and collaboration across global legal teams.

Provides strategic, practical employment-law counsel across EMEA and globally. Advises People & Culture and business leaders on employment matters, agreements, investigations, employee relations, immigration, mobility, and workforce compliance. Manages employment claims, litigation, outside counsel, training, and cross-border legal projects while supporting compliance with evolving laws across multiple jurisdictions.
