Manage a portfolio of FTSE 100/250 and named commercial accounts in UK & Ireland. Hunt and close net-new logos, drive quarterly execution, build pipeline, coordinate virtual cross-functional teams, and partner with channel, hyperscalers and system integrators to grow revenue and wallet share across Veeam's data resilience and cloud portfolio.

The Lead Account Executive is responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, driving sales growth, building relationships, and executing a market-driven strategy in the UK & Ireland.

Support commercial legal team by reviewing NDAs and simple contracts per playbooks, managing contract intake and execution, maintaining trackers and metrics, driving process improvements, supporting legal operations projects, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Provide commercial legal support to global sales by drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS, BaaS, software, services and channel agreements; advise on privacy, data protection and compliance; develop templates and playbooks; train stakeholders and manage legal risk escalations to enable timely deal completion.
