Owns end-to-end production processes, event and location-based content capture, staffing, budgets, commercial profitability, workflows, client and vendor relationships, legal and safety compliance, and delivery quality. Mentors producers, resolves issues, manages risks and change requests, coordinates agency disciplines, and develops culturally relevant social production opportunities across events, partnerships, experiential campaigns, and live shopping.
