Drive BA Wind financial planning, reporting and forecasting. Coordinate performance management, ensure accounting integrity and reconciliations across Power BI, Cognos Controller and IBM TM1, define templates, KPIs and system requirements, and support decision-making and process improvements.

Lead O&M, special and fast-response offshore wind projects (primarily HV, LV and SCADA) from identification to closure. Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery; prepare Fast Response Plan and critical spares; digitalize processes; manage multidisciplinary teams, procurement technical input, KPIs, offshore execution presence, and capture lessons learned.

Lead technical authority for jack-up vessels and heavy-lift offshore campaigns. Provide guidance on vessel strategy, tender evaluations, risk assessments, audits, port and infrastructure reviews, incident investigations, and cross-discipline stakeholder coordination to ensure safe, efficient marine operations.
