Responsibilities include people leadership, consenting delivery, regulatory and environmental strategy, stakeholder and regulator engagement, resource allocation, capability building, and portfolio strategy input. The role provides guidance on complex consenting challenges, manages cross-market collaboration, and supports organisational development, succession planning, and business development.

Leads end-to-end strategic procurement for offshore logistics, transport and installation, and foundations. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing tenders, negotiating supplier contracts, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring compliant and transparent supplier selection, and improving supply chain practices. The role works with international high-spend suppliers and supports complex renewable energy projects through contract delivery, category development, and mentoring junior procurement colleagues.
