Manages customer success operations by developing standardized processes, tracking KPIs, analyzing customer data, optimizing the customer journey, and improving retention and satisfaction. Collaborates with sales, account managers, and technical account managers on account plans, maintains customer feedback loops, creates training materials, and supports ongoing team development. The role requires strong analytical, communication, leadership, process optimization, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Serve as the primary technical contact for Varonis customers by onboarding users, providing proactive health checks, training, support, and best practices. Protect customer data, remediate technical issues, conduct business reviews, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and coordinate with sales, support, engineering, and internal teams. Engage stakeholders across infrastructure, cloud, privacy, compliance, security, incident response, and executive leadership while documenting knowledge and customer feedback.

Manage technical integration projects from intake through deployment, coordinating internal teams, customers, and third parties. Responsibilities include capacity planning, prioritization, project scoping, scheduling, risk management, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires at least two years of IT project management experience, strong communication skills, native-level French, and occasional travel. PMP certification and cloud technology experience are preferred.
