Drive SOW development, implementation planning, resource and risk management, training, and mission support to accelerate adoption and ensure measurable mission outcomes across regions.

Provide order and technical support for EMEA customers: handle inbound communications, process orders/quotations, submit tickets, deliver SaaS technical support, perform basic satellite imagery quality checks, manage operational delivery, escalate incidents, and collaborate with sales to expand support services.

Lead international revenue growth for government customers by shaping market strategies, supporting complex captures, developing product solutions, building sales materials and AI adoption, managing pipeline and partnerships, and advising international leadership to drive organizational transformation and commercial expansion.
