Provides customer-facing technical, order, and geospatial support for EMEA clients. Responsibilities include defining imagery requirements, selecting and tasking satellite imagery, processing orders, preparing quotations, troubleshooting SaaS programs, evaluating basic imagery quality, managing incidents and escalations, and coordinating with Sales and Support teams. The role also supports customer and peer training, project delivery, and occasional on-call coverage.
