Own and manage complex bereavement cases for investment clients, providing timely, empathetic, and regulatory-compliant support. Advise vulnerable clients, handle estate administration matters, collaborate with internal stakeholders, deliver colleague training, and contribute to inheritance tax working groups. Identify service trends, recommend automation and process improvements, and help develop best practices across the bereavement service.

Advises stakeholders on UK GDPR, EU GDPR, ePrivacy, AI privacy obligations, and Privacy by Design. Conducts privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, LIAs, and reviews of projects, technology implementations, data flows, retention, consent, and third-party engagements. Oversees privacy incidents, remediation, risk registers, training, and governance activities while partnering with legal, technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk teams.

Design and develop Angular applications and cloud-native AWS services supporting client onboarding journeys. Build integrations with APIs, third-party services, and internal platforms; write tested, maintainable code; use AI-assisted development tools; and contribute to architecture, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product owners and globally distributed engineering teams to deliver customer-focused digital experiences.
