Manages investment-system access onboarding, provisioning, support, and vendor coordination. Assesses access risks, strengthens controls, maintains documentation and training materials, analyzes testing results, and develops reporting for governed investment access across a global environment.

Leads client, brand, and strategic insight projects, including brand tracking, mixed-method research, performance measurement, dashboards, and integrated analysis. Translates complex evidence into actionable recommendations, influences stakeholders, manages research agencies, oversees delivery risks, and improves insight capabilities and reporting processes.

Develops and manages a portfolio of strategic partnerships for Vanguard. Collaborates with internal enablement and client coverage teams to create partner offers, deploy them with current and prospective partners, resolve process gaps, and strengthen partner relationships. Serves as a subject matter expert on Vanguard products and services, monitors partnership health using performance metrics, and supports special projects.

Researches, evaluates, tests, and implements trading technologies, analytics, data sources, and tools to minimize transaction costs. Performs quantitative transaction cost analysis, enhances models and processes, resolves data and infrastructure issues, develops reporting, and communicates findings to trading desks and internal or external audiences.

Conduct quantitative research for global bond index portfolios, developing investment signals, portfolio construction methods, trade baskets, execution analytics, and liquidity and volatility risk-premia strategies. The role partners with portfolio managers, traders, and research teams to translate quantitative insights into implementable investment decisions while managing transaction costs, risk exposures, and operational feasibility.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports front-office applications and databases. Provides expert system analysis, architecture, application performance optimization, security compliance, and production support. Collaborates with portfolio managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams; evaluates build-versus-buy options; mentors engineers; resolves escalated issues; and recommends enterprise-wide improvements. The role requires full-stack expertise across frontend frameworks, Java-based backend services, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, and automated testing, plus an understanding of investment products and trading workflows.

The Senior Quantitative Credit Strategist designs and implements quantitative credit models, collaborating with portfolio managers, and focuses on credit alpha generation and risk management.
