Own and manage complex bereavement cases for investment clients, providing timely, empathetic, and regulatory-compliant support. Advise vulnerable clients, handle estate administration matters, collaborate with internal stakeholders, deliver colleague training, and contribute to inheritance tax working groups. Identify service trends, recommend automation and process improvements, and help develop best practices across the bereavement service.

Advises stakeholders on UK GDPR, EU GDPR, ePrivacy, AI privacy obligations, and Privacy by Design. Conducts privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, LIAs, and reviews of projects, technology implementations, data flows, retention, consent, and third-party engagements. Oversees privacy incidents, remediation, risk registers, training, and governance activities while partnering with legal, technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk teams.

Design and develop Angular applications and cloud-native AWS services supporting client onboarding journeys. Build integrations with APIs, third-party services, and internal platforms; write tested, maintainable code; use AI-assisted development tools; and contribute to architecture, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product owners and globally distributed engineering teams to deliver customer-focused digital experiences.

Shapes client experiences across strategic initiatives through journey mapping, service design, customer research, experience strategy, and low-fidelity prototyping. Defines design principles, needs statements, value hypotheses, and CX visions; partners with product and experience teams to transition concepts into delivery. Establishes KPI baselines, measurement approaches, and insight loops while identifying journey improvements, regulatory hotspots, and key moments of truth.

Supports the production, review, quality control, maintenance, and governance of fund and regulatory disclosures, including prospectuses, UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPs KIDs, SFDR, and SDR documents. Maintains trackers, evidence records, version controls, review schedules, and approval records. Coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Product, Risk, Distribution, Finance, and Regulatory Operations teams, escalates risks and control gaps, and contributes to process improvements and special projects.

Leads the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud data pipelines and products. Manages and mentors data engineers, establishes engineering standards, ensures data quality and governance, translates business requirements into technical solutions, and drives architecture decisions. The role uses Databricks, AWS, Spark, SQL, Python, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools to support analytics, reporting, machine learning, and business decision-making.

Lead analysis and implementation of sustainability-related regulatory change, support preparation and improvement of ESG disclosures, translate complex requirements into actionable recommendations, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, strengthen governance and controls, review ESG data and methodologies, develop scalable processes and technology-enabled solutions, and coach junior colleagues to enhance Vanguard's sustainability reporting capabilities.

Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly ETF fund operations, including basket validation, valuation, regulatory compliance monitoring, reporting, controls, and risk management. Analyze and resolve operational issues, recommend process improvements, maintain accuracy, and support operational excellence. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, providing training, managing stakeholder needs, and contributing to special projects in a regulated financial services environment.

Collects and analyzes cyber threat intelligence from open, commercial, and government sources. Monitors adversaries, vulnerabilities, exploitation activity, TTPs, and emerging threats; produces intelligence reports, briefings, IOCs, and risk analyses. Supports threat hunting and incident response teams by contextualizing threats and identifying mitigation opportunities. The role also escalates critical findings, exercises independent analytical judgment, and reviews junior analysts’ work.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports front-office applications and databases. Provides expert system analysis, architecture, application performance optimization, security compliance, and production support. Collaborates with portfolio managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams; evaluates build-versus-buy options; mentors engineers; resolves escalated issues; and recommends enterprise-wide improvements. The role requires full-stack expertise across frontend frameworks, Java-based backend services, cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD, and automated testing, plus an understanding of investment products and trading workflows.

Manages ESG investment data operations globally, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, quality, controls, and regulatory readiness. Investigates data issues, resolves exceptions, partners with stakeholders and external suppliers, maintains governance documentation, monitors operational risk, and supports audits and technology change initiatives. Uses SQL, Python, and Excel to analyze datasets, automate processes, strengthen controls, and improve ESG data services.
