The Junior Regulatory Change Analyst will assess European regulations, implement changes across the business, and ensure compliance through documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Contract role to design and deliver a proof-of-concept knowledge graph for investment fund data. Build OWL2/RDF ontologies, SHACL validation shapes, SKOS concept schemes, R2RML/rdflib ETL to Turtle/N-Quads, SPARQL APIs, and governance reports integrating enterprise triple stores across multiple markets.

Lead and conduct rigorous research on household saving, investing, and retirement using administrative, survey, and experimental data. Produce written outputs and visualizations, present findings to stakeholders, consult with business partners, and support rapid analytics for media and regulators. Collaborate with academics and internal teams to shape Vanguard's behavioural-economics insights and inform products and policy.

Manage collateral and margin activities for Vanguard funds, execute daily fund operations, maintain systems and counterparty relationships, lead process improvements, document procedures, resolve reconciliation issues, and participate in special projects.

Serve as the operational liaison between business stakeholders, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and suppliers across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. Triage and process low-risk purchase requests, support supplier onboarding, investigate invoice and payment issues, monitor performance metrics, recommend process improvements, and support system/process enhancements to improve transaction speed and compliance.

Lead ETF capital markets efforts by improving execution, building relationships with liquidity providers and buy-side clients, developing data-driven tools and workflows, producing market insights and thought leadership, and partnering with Sales, Product, and external stakeholders to support ETF growth and investor outcomes.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and implement data pipelines for fraud prevention, collaborate with teams, and ensure high quality code while participating in agile methodologies.

Own and evolve an Angular 21 frontend and supporting Node.js (NestJS) backend for MFA and authentication flows. Design REST APIs, integrate identity platforms, deploy and operate services on AWS using IaC, write automated tests, participate in CI/CD, and collaborate with product and security stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable authentication experiences.

Provide financial and analytical support including building financial models, expense and revenue analysis, forecasting, ad-hoc inquiry support, performance measurement for projects/investments, and preparing financial information for internal decision-making.

Lead the ESG Data Product roadmap and backlog, translate business needs into product requirements, partner with engineering and data architecture to build scalable, governed ESG data capabilities, onboard vendors, monitor data quality, and drive adoption of enterprise data standards.
