Build OWL2/RDF ontologies, SHACL validation shapes, SKOS concept schemes, R2RML/rdflib ETL to Turtle/N-Quads, SPARQL APIs, and governance reports integrating enterprise triple stores across multiple markets.

Lead and coordinate regulatory change across Vanguard Europe: assess regulatory impacts, design and implement business solutions, manage stakeholder workstreams, produce documentation and executive communications, run design workshops, mentor junior staff, and execute project plans with programme managers.

Lead analysis and implementation of sustainability-related regulatory change, support preparation and improvement of ESG disclosures, translate complex requirements into actionable recommendations, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, strengthen governance and controls, review ESG data and methodologies, develop scalable processes and technology-enabled solutions, and coach junior colleagues to enhance Vanguard's sustainability reporting capabilities.

Support assessment and implementation of European regulatory change: analyse regulations, document requirements, coordinate stakeholders, run workshops, develop and manage project plans, and prepare executive reporting, while receiving mentorship from senior operations leaders.

Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programmes across Vanguard Europe from initiation through benefits realisation. Own governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change management while influencing senior leaders and improving delivery practices.

Manage collateral and margin activities for Vanguard funds, execute daily fund operations, maintain systems and counterparty relationships, lead process improvements, document procedures, resolve reconciliation issues, and participate in special projects.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and implement data pipelines for fraud prevention, collaborate with teams, and ensure high quality code while participating in agile methodologies.

Support and enhance EU Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes across cyber, fraud, IAM and technology risk domains. Lead RCSAs, evidence collection, control lifecycle, KRI monitoring, remediation tracking, and assurance readiness. Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews, translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance, and support resilience and transformation initiatives to ensure compliance with enterprise and European regulatory standards.

Support Vanguard's European public websites by managing CMS content, building pages, performing QA and accessibility fixes, identifying UX and SEO optimisations, supporting analytics/A/B testing, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, and drafting requirements for enhancements while exploring AI-enabled efficiencies.

Lead the ESG Data Product roadmap and backlog, translate business needs into product requirements, partner with engineering and data architecture to build scalable, governed ESG data capabilities, onboard vendors, monitor data quality, and drive adoption of enterprise data standards.

Coordinate and manage Transfer Agent incidents and disruptions, support resilience testing, maintain business continuity plans, produce governance reporting, run post-incident reviews, improve third-party resilience, and drive process optimisation across business, technology and vendors to reduce risk and improve recovery and client outcomes.

Responsible for analyzing business strategies, consulting with leaders, managing projects, and conducting market research for Southern Europe. Develops presentations and reports, and builds strategic partnerships.
