Quality Engineer responsible for assuring defect-free mechanical and electrical installations across project sites. Duties include inspections, audits, drawing and documentation review, non-conformance and root-cause management, corrective actions, pre-commissioning readiness, snag resolution, final handover, and continuous improvement. The role works with clients, contractors, consultants, engineering, and site teams, with authority to stop non-compliant work and support audit-ready project delivery.

Leads logistics strategy across Vanderlande’s Heathrow project portfolio. Responsibilities include delivery and storage planning, material movement, waste management, traffic coordination, supplier and subcontractor control, airport stakeholder liaison, logistics reporting, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The role governs project logistics plans, manages shared airport infrastructure, forecasts requirements, escalates risks, and ensures alignment with construction programmes, permits, CDM requirements, and Heathrow operational processes.

Supports the design and delivery of automated airport baggage-handling systems. Responsibilities include interpreting requirements, creating mechanical layouts, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, assessing design risks, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating third-party equipment, producing AutoCAD and Revit layout packages, and supporting project planning, documentation, manufacturability, budgets, and delivery milestones.
