Teams at Valarian

Lead Valarian’s end-to-end information security strategy across cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, applications, and internal tooling. The role owns security architecture, IAM, zero-trust, risk and vulnerability management, incident response, policies, audits, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance, security metrics, awareness training, and team development. This hands-on leadership position partners with Engineering, Product, Legal, and company leadership to reduce risk while enabling business growth.

Deploys and integrates Valarian’s secure Kubernetes platform into customer environments. Builds Go microservices, APIs, CRDs, React components, Helm charts, and event-driven workloads. Partners with customers to translate security and operational requirements into technical solutions, collaborates with infrastructure and AI specialists, and feeds recurring integration patterns back into core platform development.

Own the platform security and trust roadmap for ACRA, translating security findings, compliance requirements, and technical needs into product requirements. Prioritize vulnerability remediation, manage external penetration tests and technical dependencies, coordinate vendors and contractors, and balance feature delivery with security, cost, and risk. Track remediation, compliance, SLA, and delivery metrics while partnering closely with engineering leadership to improve platform security, auditability, and enterprise readiness.
