Responsibilities include setting product vision and roadmap, prioritizing customer problems, defining success metrics, making product trade-offs, documenting decisions, and ensuring workflows, Context Graph, and chat operate as a coherent self-serve experience. The role requires hands-on LLM and agent expertise, strong technical collaboration, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own multi-cloud platform infrastructure supporting AI workloads, including Terraform, observability, alerting, reliability, CI/CD, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Improve developer experience and platform performance, support enterprise customers with infrastructure and security questions, contribute to compliance initiatives, and participate in on-call rotations. The role requires strong AWS production experience, hands-on GCP knowledge, deep Terraform and CI/CD expertise, and solid Python skills.

Own V7’s product and brand design across its marketing site and product. Responsibilities include building the Framer site, designing product UI within a design system, defining motion and interaction patterns, creating new visual experiences, and partnering closely with engineering. The role also involves using AI-first tools such as Claude Design and Cursor to accelerate exploration, specifications, and implementation.

Run technical discovery, design and lead POCs, build V7 Go workflows combining prompt engineering, data pipelines and integrations, own onboarding to first value, act as primary technical contact, and feed customer insights back to product while managing multiple concurrent projects.
