Design and implement distributed, event-driven services using Postgres, Kafka, and Kubernetes; deliver end-to-end features, ensure resilience and observability, support deployments with CI/CD and Terraform, mentor mid-level engineers, and collaborate in autonomous product teams.

Own the launch and ongoing performance of motor insurance products. Manage product lifecycle, governance (Annual Product Reviews, Fair Value Assessments), supplier relationships, and the product roadmap with Product/Engineering. Act as escalation point for complex queries, conduct market research, analyse sales/claims/financial data, negotiate with insurers/reinsurers, and ensure compliance and strong customer outcomes.
