Responsible for deploying, operating, and ensuring reliability of a centralized AI-SDLC platform. Build/manage infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security/compliance controls, and provide operational/on-call support to meet enterprise SLAs while optimizing cost and scalability.

Support the sales team by preparing and processing customer accounts, gathering and reviewing sales data, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and engaging customers to answer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Maintain and support high-availability payment applications, monitor live environments, automate deployments and BAU tasks, collaborate with development and test teams, troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to continuous improvement and projects.
