Supports European compensation programs through salary benchmarking, annual compensation planning, pay equity and gender pay analysis, regulatory reporting, sales incentive administration, and compensation analytics. The role partners with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business leaders; prepares reports and presentations; manages market survey data; ensures data accuracy and confidentiality; and contributes to pay transparency and remuneration governance initiatives.

Engages prospective clients throughout the sales lifecycle by gathering requirements, designing payment solution architectures, delivering technical presentations and demos, supporting RFPs/RFIs, and advising on payment integrations. Requires deep knowledge of card acceptance, transaction flows, payment technologies, security, networking, and payment ecosystem participants. Collaborates with product, development, operations, customers, and partners in a customer-facing, largely matrixed environment.
