Manages resource allocation, capacity planning, forecasting, utilization, and resource data across an organizational change portfolio. Partners with programme, delivery, portfolio, technology, and business leaders to balance demand against capacity, resolve competing priorities, identify skills gaps, and support recruitment decisions. Produces dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders, establishes resource management standards, and drives continuous improvement across planning processes and tools.

Designs, builds, and maintains secure, scalable cloud platform infrastructure. Responsibilities include cloud service management, Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, performance optimization, security, incident response, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement. The role collaborates across development, security, DevSecOps, and operations teams while mentoring engineers and aligning platform architecture with business needs.

Develop and execute sourcing, category, supplier, and third-party risk strategies. Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, supplier governance, due diligence, performance management, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and exit planning. Partner with business leaders, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to manage critical suppliers and deliver commercial value. The role also supports procurement excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic sourcing initiatives in a regulated environment.
