Teams at Unmind

Provides first- and second-line support to members and practitioners across email, chat, and phone. Manages practitioner onboarding, accreditation and documentation compliance, complaints, incident reporting, service monitoring, and recurring issue analysis. Contributes to practitioner communications, knowledge base content, client launches, and platform management while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Science, Commercial, and Care Operations teams.

Lead a product engineering team as a hands-on Technical Lead: set technical direction, ensure quality, partner with Product, mentor engineers, make architecture and sequencing decisions, and contribute code while aligning with cross-domain staff engineering.
