Coordinate the planning, delivery, and review of more than 100 student sports events and competitions across 30 sports annually. The role involves liaising with host venues, volunteers, officials, clubs, teams, committees, and partners; maintaining event information and supporting consistent event delivery. Attendance at selected events is required, while volunteers handle most on-the-day operations. The position works under the Head of Competitions and includes regular visits to the Edinburgh office.

Provide lifeguard support as a Sports Assistant at the University of Edinburgh’s sports facility, helping create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for students, staff, and community members. The role requires competent swimming ability and an existing or obtainable National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification. This is a part-time, nine-month fixed-term position with three vacancies.

Leads business-as-usual operational delivery for the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine. Manages college-wide planning, governance, emergency and resilience planning, risk management, data protection, information governance, and operational coordination across campuses. Uses data and management information to support college planning and review processes during a period of significant organizational change.
