Provides senior administrative support for international education programmes, including timetabling, student onboarding, attendance monitoring, records management, examinations, progression, reporting, quality assurance, and committee support. The role advises academic staff, manages complex administrative systems and data, supports compliance and continual improvement, delivers excellent service to students and stakeholders, and may supervise or coach team members.
