Teams at Universal Design Studio

Leads the day-to-day design and delivery of architecture, interiors, and spatial design projects. Responsibilities include guiding concepts through completion, managing design teams, overseeing technical drawing packages, representing the studio in client and site meetings, maintaining design intent and quality, presenting concepts, and contributing to recruitment, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing.

Supports architecture and interior design projects across all stages, contributing to creative development, technical drawing packages, research, meetings, site visits, and 3D or physical models. The role assists with design communication, material and sustainability research, budgeting, joinery, architectural detailing, and industry regulations while developing client and collaborator liaison skills within a collaborative studio environment.
