Prepare and deliver competitive pricing proposals for global clients across depot and logistics services. Conduct market and pricing analyses, maintain customer rates and tariffs, ensure compliance with global pricing policy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple time-sensitive proposals using approved templates and systems.

Monitor inbound/outbound shipments, advise customers on service issues, book shipments using Marken booking system, liaise with operations/transport/sales, analyze recurring operational problems and propose solutions, and provide customer service including flexible hours and weekend coverage.
