Conduct market and pricing analyses, maintain customer rates and tariffs, ensure compliance with global pricing policy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple time-sensitive proposals using approved templates and systems.

Monitor inbound/outbound shipments, advise customers on service issues, book shipments using Marken booking system, liaise with operations/transport/sales, analyze recurring operational problems and propose solutions, and provide customer service including flexible hours and weekend coverage.
