Onsite data centre engineer responsible for diagnosing and repairing Dell server hardware, replacing components, running diagnostics and firmware upgrades, managing parts inventory, documenting service activity, and coordinating escalations and schedules with client and Unisys teams.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise Digital Workplace products (EUC, collaboration, VDI/DaaS, DEX). Partner with execs and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable workplace platforms, drive adoption, manage P&L, governance, KPIs, and go-to-market for global enterprise clients.
