As an Interior Designer at Unispace, you will create commercial workplace designs, oversee projects, and ensure alignment with brand standards while collaborating with teams globally.

Manage preconstruction for commercial interior fit-out projects from client briefing through pre-contract. Lead estimating, review drawings for constructability and value engineering, run subcontractor bid processes, develop project budgets and schedules, manage cash flow and profitability, and transition projects to Delivery. Mentor junior staff and build subcontractor relationships.

Lead preconstruction activities for UK & Ireland commercial design projects by performing market analysis, feasibility and cost modelling, value engineering, risk assessment, and financial reporting. Collaborate with project teams, designers, and finance to optimise costs, mitigate risks, and inform management decisions while staying current on industry trends and opportunities.
