Lead architecture, design, implementation and testing of embedded and application software for cryptographic/key-management systems. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, define software processes, produce technical proposals, and ensure compliance with security and defence standards.

Provide program and resource management support: facilitate monthly resource planning, perform data analysis for senior leadership, maintain business management processes, support audits, keep project schedules and documentation current, coordinate resources and meetings, track risks, issues and budgets, and manage change requests to minimise delays and ensure governance compliance.

Lead FPGA firmware architecture, design, implementation, integration and verification. Produce requirements-derived firmware specs, documentation and traceability. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, chair technical reviews, estimate work, manage firmware processes, and act as firmware lead. Ensure compliance with standards, manage information security, and support project reporting and delivery in defence environments.
