Conduct and lead customer-facing cyber incident response engagements, including investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, digital forensics, evidence preservation, threat hunting, and reporting. The role investigates ransomware, malware, phishing, account compromise, and unauthorized access across Microsoft and AWS environments. Responsibilities include advising customers, improving incident response playbooks, supporting tabletop exercises, presenting findings, and mentoring security professionals.

Designs and delivers secure, scalable Microsoft Azure architectures across compute, networking, storage, identity, security, and hybrid environments. Leads cloud migrations, Azure Files implementations, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and modernization initiatives while providing hands-on engineering support. Collaborates with cloud, security, delivery, engineering, customers, and stakeholders to develop resilient, governed, cost-optimized solutions. Requires strong Azure infrastructure, storage, networking, identity, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, scripting, troubleshooting, and communication expertise.

Build and maintain secure Azure cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, automation, storage services and monitoring. Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment and storage issues; support migrations, networking, identity, security and containerization. Collaborate with architects and delivery teams in Agile environments, document procedures, and contribute to reliable, scalable cloud platforms. Candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain UK SC clearance.
