Develop and maintain secure cloud-based applications and services primarily in AWS. Build APIs, integrations, databases, and data flows using Python, JavaScript, SQL, and PostgreSQL. Apply testing, secure development, Git, Docker, and DevOps practices within agile multidisciplinary teams. Translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, support live services, contribute to technical standards, and mentor developers. Current SC security clearance is required before starting.

Designs and maintains secure, scalable Azure cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Develops Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Bicep, automates provisioning and deployments, embeds security and testing, implements observability, troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, and improves reliability. The role also supports containers, governance, documentation, and technical mentoring across multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Leads end-to-end solution architecture across complex client engagements, transformation programs, and strategic opportunities. Shapes solutions from discovery and pre-sales through design, delivery, governance, and transition to service. Develops secure, scalable, resilient, commercially viable architectures spanning cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, AI, cybersecurity, networking, integration, and DevOps. Advises senior stakeholders, manages architectural risks, supports bids and proposals, assures delivery, develops reusable patterns, and coaches other architects.
