Lead design and governance of enterprise cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures. Define target-state architectures, CMDB and configuration management strategies, IaC and automation approaches, and operational architectures for availability, observability, and resilience. Support cloud migration, governance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with ITIL/TOGAF practices and service management disciplines.

Lead and support transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems, applying User-Centred Design principles, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
