Lead delivery of cross-functional marketing and commercial initiatives (campaigns, events, product launches, GTM). Plan workstreams across Marketing, Sales and Product, manage timelines, budgets, roadmaps, resourcing, and reporting to drive pipeline and revenue while aligning senior stakeholders.

Senior technical leader in post-sales support owning high-severity escalations, debugging distributed systems, mentoring engineers, improving processes and automation, partnering with Product and Engineering, maintaining 24/7 on-call support, and driving long-term reductions in ticket volume and platform issues.

Provide transactional accounting support across UK, USA, Singapore, and Canada: manage AP/AR, post journals, perform multi-currency bank reconciliations, process expenses, assist month-end close tasks, maintain prepayment/accrual schedules, support P&L and balance sheet reporting, and respond to billing and supplier queries.
