Own and optimise the support queue and operational health of the data management platform. Investigate and resolve complex data pipeline and quality issues, lead client onboarding/configuration, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive incident prevention and platform reliability, and mentor junior team members while ensuring data governance and secure user access.

Support external communications (press releases, media outreach), manage corporate social channels and website content, assist internal communications, promote client announcements, monitor media and campaign performance, produce reports/insights, and collaborate with global teams to deliver brand campaigns and events.

Manage and optimise workplace technologies for Windows and macOS across multiple sites: Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device lifecycle, identity and access controls, automation of onboarding/offboarding, escalate complex incidents, contribute to projects, rollouts and service improvements while ensuring secure automation and endpoint security practices.
