Lead content strategy for sports and entertainment clients, translating audience research, platform performance, and consumer trends into content strategies aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include supporting execution, guiding content expertise, identifying new opportunities, contributing to business development proposals, interpreting insights, and presenting recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders.

Lead FP&A and commercial finance partnering for the EMEA Marketing, Consulting and Technology organization. Own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and profitability insights. Advise senior stakeholders, identify risks and opportunities, improve financial processes, and support finance transformation, automation, data, and AI initiatives. Lead and develop a small team while coordinating the broader global MCT finance agenda and promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Recruit and hire high-quality talent globally across diverse business functions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through offer negotiation and placement. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage multiple vacancies and deadlines, support employer branding and onboarding initiatives, and collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Finance. The role also promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion across the sports industry.
