Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service implementations, including workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, configuration, UAT, training, and client presentations. Coordinates timelines and delivery with clients, architects, and developers, while managing and mentoring junior consultants. The role also supports key client accounts, stakeholder relationships, and potentially multiple markets, with occasional travel as required.

Lead the CRM consulting business analysis practice by establishing standards, mentoring analysts, and ensuring high-quality requirements and deliverables. Facilitate complex discovery workshops, analyze processes, define CRM requirements, support testing and UAT, and guide stakeholder decisions. Partner with delivery managers, architects, developers, and clients across engagements. Contribute to proposals, estimates, solution shaping, pre-sales, change management, and continuous improvement across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.

Lead FP&A and commercial finance partnering for the EMEA Marketing, Consulting and Technology organization. Own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and profitability insights. Advise senior stakeholders, identify risks and opportunities, improve financial processes, and support finance transformation, automation, data, and AI initiatives. Lead and develop a small team while coordinating the broader global MCT finance agenda and promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
