Manage opportunities from lead qualification through close, maintain sales funnels and pipeline data in Salesforce, forecast revenue, coordinate proposals and approvals, manage partner relationships, and hand new clients to delivery teams. The role involves working with senior client stakeholders, internal subject matter experts, and the Sales Director, with travel to client meetings and industry events as required.

Leads an established team of five Sales Leads while owning individual and team new-business targets. Manages the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification through close, including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, opportunity scoping, approvals, and client handoffs. Manages broadcast operations for the UEFA Women’s Champions League, coordinating broadcaster bookings, onsite facilities, host broadcast activities, media partner communications, transmission providers, and match-week operations. Serves as the main connector among UEFA, clubs, broadcasters, and production partners while resolving transmission issues, maintaining operational platforms, distributing guidelines, and ensuring smooth delivery of media rights across Europe.

Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service implementations, including workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, configuration, UAT, training, and client presentations. Coordinates timelines and delivery with clients, architects, and developers, while managing and mentoring junior consultants. The role also supports key client accounts, stakeholder relationships, and potentially multiple markets, with occasional travel as required.

Lead the CRM consulting business analysis practice by establishing standards, mentoring analysts, and ensuring high-quality requirements and deliverables. Facilitate complex discovery workshops, analyze processes, define CRM requirements, support testing and UAT, and guide stakeholder decisions. Partner with delivery managers, architects, developers, and clients across engagements. Contribute to proposals, estimates, solution shaping, pre-sales, change management, and continuous improvement across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.

Own and optimise the support queue and operational health of the data management platform. Investigate and resolve complex data pipeline and quality issues, lead client onboarding/configuration, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive incident prevention and platform reliability, and mentor junior team members while ensuring data governance and secure user access.
