Lead FP&A and commercial finance partnering for the EMEA Marketing, Consulting and Technology organization. Manage Salesforce pipeline quality, validate commercial documentation, reconcile Salesforce with finance systems, and ensure accurate handoff of sales opportunities for invoicing and revenue recognition. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to resolve data and documentation issues, maintain governance standards, and support timely month-end and quarter-end revenue operations.

Support end-to-end payroll processing across UK, EMEA, and APAC by working with payroll vendors, managing payroll tasks (reports, queries, benefits/deductions), supporting audits and year-end, and liaising with HR and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations and process improvements.

Own and optimise the support queue and operational health of the data management platform. Investigate and resolve complex data pipeline and quality issues, lead client onboarding/configuration, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive incident prevention and platform reliability, and mentor junior team members while ensuring data governance and secure user access.

Manage HRIS data and reporting, run onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration, ensure policy compliance, support global HR projects, collaborate with Talent, Performance and Events teams to improve employee experience and learning initiatives across North America.

One-week immersive work experience for current or recently retired full-time athletes to explore sport-business careers.
