Lead technical pre-sales for DACH customers: qualify opportunities, design architectures, run demos and POCs, respond to RFPs, guide API integrations, mentor junior presales engineers, and drive the technical win while building customer trust.

Lead and grow a team of Presales Engineers for the DACH region, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to set technical strategy, enable scalable programs, and accelerate the sales funnel. Drive hiring, coaching, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making while resolving customer blocking issues and engaging with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Lead the creation and scaling of an EMEA customer advocacy program: source, activate, and amplify customer success stories across content, events, PR, and campaigns. Partner with sales, product, and marketing to build advocate pipelines, manage end-to-end engagements, and deliver compelling customer storytelling to drive awareness and demand.
