Lead technical response to security events across Twilio's global cloud infrastructure: triage, contain, remediate, document incidents, build runbooks and automations, drive post-incident improvements, participate in on-call rotation and RCAs, and collaborate with R&D to scale threat mitigation and incident response capabilities.

Leads a remote Account Executive team focused on acquiring new enterprise customers across DACH and Benelux. Responsibilities include team building, coaching outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, forecasting, revenue management, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication. The role requires experience selling CPaaS or SaaS solutions, managing complex negotiations, exceeding revenue targets, and leading distributed teams across countries.
