Manage delivery of complex infrastructure projects (aviation, roads, rail, water/utilities) across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include contract and financial management, project controls, health & safety, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, planning, problem solving, and delivering to client objectives.

Lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects using NEC3/NEC4 contracts. Provide contract administration, commercial and financial control, stakeholder and team leadership, risk and quality management, and mentor junior project managers. Work with clients across aviation, roads, rail, utilities and support hybrid delivery from the London/South-East region.

Manage cost control and contract administration for UK infrastructure projects: forecasting, reporting, value engineering, change and risk management, procurement/estimating, cashflow and final account negotiation. Collaborate with clients and contractors, drive forecast accuracy and efficiencies, and lead people and commissions as required.
