Manages costs and commercial activities for major infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include contract administration, cost monitoring, forecasting, variance and cash-flow management, change control, value engineering, budget improvement, final account negotiation, stakeholder support, and leading teams or commissions. Requires proven cost or commercial management experience, post-contract administration expertise, infrastructure project experience, NEC3 knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and client relationships.

Leads Turner & Townsend’s Infrastructure Cost Management team in London. Responsibilities include setting team strategy, developing and mentoring talent, promoting an inclusive culture, ensuring high-integrity outcomes, acting as a market and brand ambassador, and building a pipeline of opportunities. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, with FRICS or MRICS preferred.

Supports high-value rail and aviation infrastructure projects through project controls, performance reporting, cost and progress monitoring, baseline management, change control, earned value analysis, and client recommendations. Develops work breakdown structures and performance baselines with cost and planning engineers, produces control reports, and analyzes project performance. Requires strong Excel, Primavera P6, Oracle, SAP, analytical, communication, and project controls skills.
