The Senior Commercial/Procurement Manager will support Defence Clients in the UK, overseeing procurement strategies, contract management, risk assessment, and improving supplier performance while ensuring compliance and governance.

Leads AI transformation strategy and delivery for infrastructure, capital delivery, finance, and corporate occupier clients. Responsibilities include developing AI use cases and roadmaps, redesigning processes, deploying AI tools, shaping bespoke solutions, establishing governance, driving adoption, managing executive relationships, winning new business, and building multidisciplinary teams. The role combines commercial leadership, technical credibility, responsible AI oversight, and senior advisory work.

Deliver digital, data, and technology strategy engagements for clients across asset-intensive sectors. Develop data strategies, digital roadmaps, transformation recommendations, and strategic insights; lead workshops, gather requirements, analyze operational and financial data, and support technical solution delivery. Contribute to bids, proposals, client presentations, business development, service propositions, and knowledge assets while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring colleagues. Travel up to 2–3 days per week is expected.
