Responsibilities include researching tax history and entitlement, preparing acquisition claims, applying tax treatment to capital expenditure, attending client meetings, and producing claim reports. Graduates receive structured technical training and support toward the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence through the Taxation Allowances pathway.

Provides strategic logistics and supply chain consultancy for defence and infrastructure programmes. Responsibilities include developing logistics strategies, planning delivery and asset management, advising on transportation, warehousing and distribution, analysing processes, designing client solutions, facilitating workshops, managing relationships, supporting bids and business development, and mentoring staff. The role requires knowledge of major projects, construction regulations, RIBA stages and NEC 4, plus eligibility for UK MoD Security Clearance.

Manages cost planning and control for data centre construction projects, including feasibility studies, estimates, procurement, tender analysis, valuations, change control, cost reporting, value engineering, and final accounts. The role leads cost management teams, collaborates with clients and stakeholders, supports business development, monitors financial performance, and improves cost management processes. Candidates need cost management or quantity surveying qualifications, RICS chartership or equivalent, contract experience, and strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
