Trumid Employee Perspectives

Which metric or milestone best captures strength this year — and why is it credible?

Trumid is a dynamic financial technology company reshaping fixed income trading. We operate one of the three largest electronic corporate bond trading platforms in the United States, built on a network-driven model that connects a growing community of ~1,000 global institutions.

The clearest measure of our strength this year is the depth and breadth of client adoption across the platform — a reflection of an increasingly activated network of participants engaging with one another. Participation is at all-time highs across our network of asset managers, banks, hedge funds and alternative liquidity providers, driving a double-digit increase in market share, with average daily volume surpassing $10 billion for the first time in Q1 2026.

But what matters most is how clients are using Trumid. In 2025, around 40 percent of clients who traded on the platform executed in three or more protocols, demonstrating how Trumid is becoming embedded in daily workflows and valued for bringing multiple trading workflows together in a single application.

That's the real signal: a network where engagement drives liquidity and liquidity drives further participation.

Where are you strongest competitively — and what proof backs that?

One of our key strengths is the combination of an agile, scalable technology platform and a high- touch, "white glove" client service model. We work closely with clients to design workflows that align with how they trade. That collaboration is embedded across our product, sales and technology teams, who engage directly with clients and translate feedback into enhancements at pace.

In 2025 alone, we delivered more than 750 functionality enhancements and new features to the platform, with one-third directly driven by client input. This responsiveness is supported by a rapid release cycle, with updates delivered daily and weekly, allowing us to continuously evolve the platform while maintaining the reliability and performance clients expect.

This approach is especially impactful in more complex trading. Our portfolio trading franchise, combining Trumid PT Pricer™ analytics with high-touch service, has become an award-winning, go-to solution for clients.

The result is a platform that feels tailored to each client while delivering scale, consistency and innovation.

What expansion bet excites you — and which leading indicator will you watch?

One of the expansion bets that excites us most is scaling the impact of AI-powered automation across the Trumid platform. We're investing heavily in tools that streamline credit trading workflows — reducing clicks, compressing steps and saving valuable time for our clients, particularly in fast-moving markets where speed and precision matter most.

Whether it's improving internal efficiency, surfacing client insights, or helping us code and move faster in development, we see AI and automation as key to enhancing client workflows and evolving the platform.

The indicators we watch most closely remain tied to engagement: adoption across protocols, the breadth of client participation and how deeply the platform becomes embedded in client workflows.

Ultimately, our goal is simple: to continue building a network that combines innovative technology, thoughtful product design and high-touch service, where client partnership and Trumid's ideas-driven teams continuously push the platform and the credit market forward.
