Administers identity and access management across the user lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, provisioning, access changes, and offboarding. Supports Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, synchronization, access reviews, audits, and compliance validations. Troubleshoots identity and authentication issues, documents procedures, collaborates with HR and IT teams, supports organizational initiatives, and improves efficiency through PowerShell automation and workflow enhancements.

Designs and implements automated legal document templates and integrates Generative AI into legal workflows. Collaborates with attorneys and business stakeholders, audits and maintains templates, improves document processes, trains users, and supports responsible adoption of legal technology. Requires strong document automation experience, legal documentation knowledge, proofreading skills, confidentiality, and cross-functional communication. The role requires at least five years of document automation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.

Manages the firm's billing team, including leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, reporting, invoicing, timekeeping compliance, and monthly close activities. Partners with attorneys and legal support to meet client billing requirements, resolves billing inquiries, improves processes, and oversees team development and performance. Requires expertise in legal accounting, billing applications, eBilling, reporting, and high-volume team management.
