Requires strong document automation experience, legal documentation knowledge, proofreading skills, confidentiality, and cross-functional communication. The role requires at least five years of document automation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.

Manages the firm's billing team, including leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, reporting, invoicing, timekeeping compliance, and monthly close activities. Partners with attorneys and legal support to meet client billing requirements, resolves billing inquiries, improves processes, and oversees team development and performance. Requires expertise in legal accounting, billing applications, eBilling, reporting, and high-volume team management.
