The role focuses on paid direct-response ads, organic content, Meta advertising, and healthcare-focused local service marketing.

Own a portfolio of home improvement clients, serving as the primary relationship manager and driving retention, results, referrals, reviews, and timely MRR collection. Manage regular check-ins, identify and escalate issues, handle difficult conversations, and build scalable onboarding, health-tracking, reporting, and churn-prevention processes. The role manages 20–50 accounts in partnership with media buying and creative teams.
