The Finance Director will lead the finance function, focusing on automation and systems integration, overseeing compliance, managing audits, and developing the finance team.

Manage day-to-day operational finance across a multi-entity group: payroll, AP, VAT/sales tax, cashflow, reconciliations, cost analysis, insurance, and finance systems. Support monthly management accounts, lead process improvements and automation initiatives, and manage a Finance Assistant while responding to ad hoc operational queries.

Build and maintain backend-first features and integrations for Triptease's marketing channels. Work across the full stack (primarily backend), design scalable distributed systems, implement CI/CD on cloud platforms, collaborate closely with product teams, pair program, write tests (TDD), and contribute to squad strategy and product quality.
