The Growth Creative will develop and execute creative strategies for paid social advertising, using insights to drive performance and conversion effectively.

Provide hands-on PR and communications support across press office, influencer gifting and partnerships, and events. Manage media enquiries, press releases, sample dispatches, influencer outreach, gifting logistics, event coordination, and reporting. Monitor social and media trends, maintain databases and coverage trackers, and assist with briefing materials and creator/on-the-day event support.

As a Lifecycle Assistant, you will coordinate customer retention campaigns, collaborate with teams, monitor performance metrics, and conduct market research.
