Supports engagement managers in building retailer relationships, deploying technology, managing client operations, coordinating issue resolution, analyzing data, and communicating insights. The role includes store visits, stakeholder updates, product feedback, rollout coordination, client reporting, and collaboration with TechOps, R&D, Product, and client IT teams. Over time, the associate will own engagement tasks and accounts while using AI-first workflows to improve operations.
