Leads technical partner management across North-Western Europe, owning partner engagement strategy, team performance, regional operating models, executive relationships, and revenue impact. The role manages distributed teams, drives partner adoption and renewal readiness, collaborates with Channel, Sales, Services, Solutions, and Product leaders, and builds team capabilities through hiring, coaching, training, and governance.

Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Technical Advisors to drive adoption, retention, and ARR growth across a strategic customer portfolio. Own customer health and escalations, translate usage and health data into leadership insights, run enablement initiatives, partner with Sales and Solution Engineering, forecast capacity and hiring, and pilot AI-assisted workflows to improve team effectiveness.
