Own customer health and escalations, translate usage and health data into leadership insights, run enablement initiatives, partner with Sales and Solution Engineering, forecast capacity and hiring, and pilot AI-assisted workflows to improve team effectiveness.

Leads TrendAI’s UKI marketing strategy, team, budget, campaigns, events, account-based marketing, partner programs, and pipeline generation. Owns UKI pipeline targets and measures marketing impact through ARR, NRR, GRR, ROI, and funnel conversion. Partners closely with sales, channel, regional, and global teams to accelerate opportunities, support renewals and expansion, localize global campaigns, and strengthen market presence. The role also embeds AI-native tools and practices across marketing operations.
