Teams at Trayport

Develop and implement employee experience and communications strategies across Europe, EMEAC, and Trayport. Manage company meetings, intranet content, change communications, engagement surveys, crisis communications, wellness and recognition programs, charitable initiatives, and regional employee events. Collaborate with HR, Marketing, IT, leadership, and North American counterparts to deliver consistent global campaigns, strengthen culture, and improve employee engagement.

Provide frontline, client-facing application support in production environments through phone and ticketing systems. Investigate and resolve technical issues, process configuration and permission changes, document interactions, explain product functionality, and escalate complex matters to internal teams. The role requires rotating shifts and emphasizes accurate, timely communication, problem solving, prioritization, and continuous improvement of support processes.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and improves enterprise infrastructure, primarily private cloud and Linux environments. Responsibilities include architecture, connectivity, upgrades, patching, application and infrastructure support, business continuity and disaster recovery, critical incident response, and internal project delivery. The role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevOps tooling, cloud platforms, enterprise Linux administration, and continuous service availability improvements.
