Develop and support a high-throughput, low-latency energy trading platform. Responsibilities include improving exchange and broker connectivity, building SDK and API features, enhancing observability, implementing automated trading capabilities, benchmarking for performance, designing complex features, contributing to RFCs, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires expertise in C#, Rust, concurrency, distributed systems, and software reliability.

Provides administrative and HRIS support across the European region, serving as the first point of contact for employee queries. Coordinates joiner, mover, and leaver processes; supports payroll inputs, employee relations documentation, audits, policy updates, employment letters, and HR projects. Maintains accurate employee records and compliance documentation while contributing to process improvements and effective HR service delivery.

Develops Tableau dashboards and reports, analyzes complex datasets, and delivers actionable market, product, operational, commercial, and financial insights. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, writes optimized SQL for SQL Server and Snowflake, promotes data governance and quality, automates analytical workflows, builds data pipelines and API integrations, and maintains version-controlled code using modern deployment practices.
