Develop and implement employee experience and communications strategies across Europe, EMEAC, and Trayport. Designs, deploys, maintains, and improves enterprise infrastructure, primarily private cloud and Linux environments. Responsibilities include architecture, connectivity, upgrades, patching, application and infrastructure support, business continuity and disaster recovery, critical incident response, and internal project delivery. The role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevOps tooling, cloud platforms, enterprise Linux administration, and continuous service availability improvements.

Develop and maintain automated tests primarily through coding in C#. Build and optimize test frameworks, API tests, and CI/CD pipelines; investigate failures and perform root-cause analysis. Collaborate on architecture, user stories, and acceptance criteria, mentor quality engineers, use AI development tools, and share product and testing knowledge across engineering teams.

Designs, builds, and operates highly available multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. Owns networking, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, disaster recovery, and SRE practices for a globally distributed trading platform. Develops AI-assisted operational workflows for incident response, automation, and toil reduction. Mentors senior engineers, serves as a cross-team design authority, and contributes to the platform roadmap in a regulated, availability-critical environment.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial growth of a global energy trading platform and API. Lead venue connectivity, market data integrations, API upgrades, and low-latency capabilities while partnering with exchanges, brokers, clients, and engineering teams. Define epics and user stories, validate product-market fit through trader engagement and metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and align cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and revenue.
