Analyzes claims data, identifies risk trends, advises clients on mitigating exposures, supports underwriters with risk and regulatory insights, conducts client visits, prepares risk reports and guidance materials, and presents seminars to customers and professional organizations.

Leads complex software engineering initiatives and provides technical guidance while designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure. Develops CI/CD pipelines, supports containerized platforms, monitors system reliability, troubleshoots issues, and applies DevOps best practices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure needs, improve processes, and deliver secure, high-performing technology solutions.

Leads Travelers’ Cyber Underwriting business across the London Market and UK & Ireland. The role owns underwriting strategy, pricing, risk selection, portfolio profitability, production, broker relationships, market presence, and team development. Responsibilities include setting business objectives, directing underwriting and marketing activities, overseeing complex accounts, strengthening internal and external partnerships, and hiring and retaining high-performing staff. The successful candidate will bring extensive commercial underwriting experience, cyber expertise, managerial experience, and strong knowledge of Lloyd’s and regional markets.
