Teams at Transaction Network Services

The Senior Network Architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions for global networks, focusing on SD-WAN and automation. They work with internal teams and vendors to deliver scalable solutions and provide high-level technical support.

Coordinates network and data center capacity planning, infrastructure growth, colocation activities, rack procurement, vendor deliverables, inventory, and deployment workflows. Analyzes utilization, demand, sales pipelines, and infrastructure constraints to forecast capacity needs and recommend expansions. Tracks projects, work orders, contracts, milestones, risks, and dependencies while coordinating Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance, Legal, vendors, and colocation providers. Builds reporting and improves documentation, automation, and operational workflows.

Owns global intelligent PDU infrastructure, including monitoring, alarming, firmware and security updates, lifecycle planning, inventory strategy, technology standards, and vendor support. Develops capacity plans, forecasts infrastructure demand, manages replacements and RMAs, and supports incident response. Partners with engineering, procurement, logistics, business units, and operations to maintain reliable, scalable, and supportable data center power infrastructure.
