Own the monetisation strategy and roadmap for major revenue streams such as Partnerships or Insurance. Develop customer-focused merchandising experiences, test and scale revenue features, evaluate pricing and product economics, and identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams across multiple European markets.

Own UK and EU VAT compliance, including return preparation, submissions, payments, and post-filing reviews. Monitor VAT legislation, advise on product launches and commercial arrangements, coordinate external advisers, and improve tax processes through automation and documentation. The role partners closely with Finance, Product, Legal, and HR while providing clear indirect tax guidance and identifying compliance risks and efficiency opportunities.

Lead and grow a team of seven ML and data engineers delivering production machine learning, AI, recommendation, search, commerce, and agentic systems. Own hiring, performance, delivery, technical direction, architecture, MLOps, evaluation, monitoring, responsible AI, and stakeholder communication. Guide reliable data pipelines, model deployment, experimentation, LLM evaluation, and production agent systems using tools such as LangGraph and Amazon Bedrock.
