The Staff Applied Scientist will build control systems, design experiments, develop recommendation frameworks, and partner across teams to translate research into scalable solutions, impacting ad spend efficiently.

Lead technical design, build, and operate backend systems and APIs at scale; act as Staff-level technical authority, mentor engineers, drive cross-team technical direction, and transition into people management while owning production reliability and performance.
