The role requires collaboration across international teams, clear documentation, strong stakeholder communication, and adherence to data protection protocols.

Leads complex technology programmes within a rail safety portfolio, overseeing roadmaps, governance, dependencies, risks, stakeholder engagement, customer outcomes, and technical collaboration. Partners with technology, product, architecture, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver software and transformation initiatives. Champions Agile and Lean practices, improves reporting and delivery frameworks, communicates with senior stakeholders, and mentors delivery and technology colleagues.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable software applications and services for safety-critical rail systems. Build CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot defects and performance issues, develop automated tests, contribute technical solutions, document systems, and collaborate with stakeholders within an Agile engineering team.
