Develop and own sophisticated cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android. Responsibilities include architecture, clean code, automated unit, widget, and end-to-end testing, UI/UX implementation, performance optimization, bug resolution, and app store releases. The role collaborates with backend engineers and product managers and involves integrating AI tooling into mobile development, code generation, or testing workflows. This is a three-month contract with possible extension.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable software applications supporting safety-critical rail systems. Responsibilities include full-stack development, CI/CD, automated testing, troubleshooting, performance improvements, technical documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and contributing to reliable product enhancements in an Agile engineering team.

Lead the organization’s learning and development strategy, including LMS administration, career pathways, leadership development, mandatory training, apprenticeships, early careers, AI literacy, and capability building. Partner with stakeholders to identify development needs, create learning programs, manage compliance, evaluate impact through data, and foster an inclusive culture of continuous learning and career progression.
